Michael Waltrip wrecked his No. 55 NAPA Dodge after a spin in practice coming off turn two on Fridy at the California Speedway. The damaged looked to be minor but the team pulled out the backup car anyway. Waltrip was admitted to the infield care center, checked out and released uninjured.
