Yes, I arrived here this afternoon.....attended some Speed production
meetings and now trying to email you here from the motorcoach. Never
emailed from the motorcoach.....so I sure hope this works. Oh by the way
- I will be working for Speed during the entire Daytona weeks. I think
they have me slated for something like 17 shows and some 20 hours of
broadcasting.
First off - I hope you heard the announcement last month that there
will be six Toyota Cup teams next year and baby brother Michael will OWN
two of them. I will continue to own the truck teams. Now I know that
some of you are unhappy with Michael about supporting Toyota. Please
don't be. Give them a chance like you did with me and the truck teams.
Hey the reason for this note is to let you know that we are officially

waited, waited and waited and emailed us constantly. They will be in a
few days and I am planning on signing all that we have on March 7th. I

Also, please check out our new 2006 shirts. We are still waiting on

received a new shipment of Jeff Hammond's book and they are now available
again. Just a reminder, Jeff has autographed each of his books.
Also I need to tell you that there is a change this year on our
Souvenir Rig plans. Michael and NAPA have asked me to put my merchandise on
Michael's rig and we decided to do it. Phylis and Homer will also be
moving over and driving the NAPA Souvenir Rig. I understand there will
be some type of Speed rig too and Jeff and Larry's merchandise will be
on it.
I will try and drop you a note next week and give you an idea of how
things are going down here!
