- John Andretti
John is such a nice guy! He stayed for a long time at this driver appearance, which allowed us the opportunity to hang around with him a bit and talk. The bottom picture includes Mary and Colleen.
- Stanton Barrett
- Greg Biffle
- Chris Bingham
- Dave Blaney
- Chad Blount
Coy Gibbs told Chad not to pinch my sister's butt, to which he exclaimed, "Whoo!"
- Kyle Busch
When my sister and I visited his shop at Hendrick Motorsports, we saw Kyle on the phone in a side office. Colleen asked if we could talk to Kyle if he wasn't busy, and his team told us he hadn't arrived yet. One mechanic checked the office and told us no one was in there. We had just seen him through the window!! While we wondered if we had imagined him, his crew told us we could check to see if he'd gone to his Cup series shop. He wasn't there, but when we returned to his #5 shop, he was standing with his team. They were going, "Where's Kyle? Where's Kyle?", and told him we were there to see him. Kyle's a nice guy. We wished him good luck in the Cup series race that weekend at Texas, but unfortunately, he didn't make the field. = (
- Stacy Compton
- Kerry Earnhardt
Getting to meet Kerry here at the 2003 Busch Series Preview was incredibly special. I won't go into all the details, but we went through a lot to get to see him. I had already missed an opportunity to meet him when he was in Boston. This time was awesome, and totally made up for the wait! Both he and his wife Rene are wonderful folks!
- Carl Edwards
We ran into Carl at his shop, where he'd come out to greet some fans. He asked us about our trip, and really seemed to want to get to know anyone who'd stopped by.
- Larry Foyt
At the 2003 Winston Cup Preview, the woman next to me in Mikey's line told me that Carl Long was signing autographs with no wait, and that she'd save my spot if I wanted to go see him. It wasn't Carl Long; it was Larry Foyt. I didn't know much about him until I met him. He is such a sweetheart! I also had a chance to see him again at Pocono that year, after his car broke down on pit road in front of me and my sister. He later returned and greeted fans along pit road.
- Brendan Gaughan
Brendan is a crazy, crazy guy! My sister and I met him at Jasper Motorsports, where we spent quite a while checking out the shop and talking with Brendan. He's incredibly engaging and enthusiastic, and has a great sense of humour! It was so easy to joke back and forth with him!
- Coy Gibbs
Coy Gibbs is such a funny guy!
- Robby Gordon
- Mark Green
Mark was the ref for a trike race that pitted Busch Series drivers against fans, and he took his job seriously. He even 'disqualified' Shane Hmiel for knocking over Damon Lusk.
- Kevin Grubb
Kevin looks like Colleen's prom date in her photos! = D
- Bobby Hamilton Jr
I got to see Bobby win his first BGN race at NHIS in May, 2002. My friend Justin picked him to win too, because he liked Bobby's Marines car.
- Jeff Hammond and Larry Mac
We actually got to see Larry Mac twice at the 2003 BGN Preview! Jeff Hammond wasn't there at first, so we made a return visit when he arrived.
- Shane Hmiel
My sister and I had a good laugh with Shane over the BGN trike race earlier at the Preview.
- Ron Hornaday
- Travis Kvapil
Travis saw my sister run over a curb in the parking lot, and smiled when we came out of the car cracking up. He'd arrived at Bang Racing the same time that we did, and was just getting to see his IROC Crown Royal fire suit. We got to talk with him a bit. He's a great guy!

- Jimmie Johnson
I have no idea why Jimmie has that deer-in-the-headlights look! = D
- Jason Keller
Jason told us which kind of cards are hardest for drivers to sign, which has helped us to select them since.
- Randy Lajoie
Not only did Randy design the Lajoie seat, but he was the first driver in the trike race to use the trike like a scooter to get around easier.
- Ashton Lewis Jr
I don't know why they put that plaque in front of Ashton. It looks like I'm giving him an award!
- Damon Lusk
- Steadman Marlin
- Joe Nemechek
I scared Joe thoroughly. I have no idea what I was doing either. This picture, along with the one of me and Jimmie, are the funniest pictures in my collection!
- Ryan Newman
- Steve Park
Steve is incredibly friendly when he meets fans. He's ready to have a full-fledged conversation, despite the efforts of event staff to keep the line moving. I think he and Kenny Wallace are the drivers that I've gotten to see the most.
- Tony Raines
- Scott Riggs
- Hermie Sadler
Hermie has the cutest kids! His daughter Hayley was dancing around the main floor during the 2003 WC Preview, while her father and her uncle were signing autographs off to one side.
- Johnny Sauter
- Mike Skinner
- Jimmy Spencer
Jimmy is so much fun in person! For some reason, we always have camera problems when we meet him. My mother forgot to take the lens cap off at the WC Preview, and my camera just wouldn't click at Pocono. He's been patient with us though. = D
- Tony Stewart
Tony wasn't feeling well at this appearance at a Home Depot in Shrewsbury, MA. He arrived twenty minutes late, and looked like he felt sick. He wasn't very talkative either. I said hi to him, and asked him how he was doing. This picture was taken when he told me he had a headache. Poor guy! He had another hour and a half left there.
- Brian Vickers
My mother got a kick out of how Brian calls her ma'am. Brian's a sweetheart! I hope he does well this season as a contender for Rookie of the Year in Cup.
- Kenny Wallace
Kenny always gets me cracking up! Between his comments, his laughter, or the faces he makes, he can get a smile out of everyone. I love Kenny! = D
- Mike and Kenny Wallace
I didn't know at the time that Kenny was in this shot too, and was afraid that I'd missed the chance to get a picture with him. This is one of my favourite pictures!
- Rusty Wallace
Rusty signed for two hours at NHIS in July, 2004. He took his time greeting fans and treated people well.
- Michael Waltrip
I never freeze up when I meet drivers... except for Mikey. WHY?! I can't talk at all at first, and then all I can manage is a whisper. I wish that I would cut that out! Mikey may be a full foot taller than me, but he isn't scary! = D
